July testing calendar!

Sorry for disappearing, but things have been hectic lately. AF did finally come 2 days late. Just enough time for me to get excited lol. On to August.

I *think* I had an ovarian cyst burst.  I'm in a lot of pain in my right ovary area.  I feel very tired.  Is it possible this cyst could have caused my period to be 5 days late.  I'm contemplating taking myself to the E.R. because I feel so damn terrible.  Should I just wait it out or should I go in?  Anyone have any experience with these things?  I've only had one rupture and that was over a year ago .... it was painful but didn't do any damage.  I'm just worried about damage to my fallopian tubes cuz I want to continue trying to have a baby!!!  :)

Hi everyone, so of you might know me, but most of you probably don't.  I was a part of these message boards for a long time (a year) before I got pregnant with my DD.  Well now she is 20 months (tomorrow) and we have as my DH would say "pulled the goalie".  Not necessarily trying, but definitely not preventing any more.  I am not expecting to be pregnant this cycle, but thought I would get involved in a message board again.  I could not find a August testing calendar on the forum.  I would not be testing until August 15th, but just wanted to say hi and good luck to those waiting to test.

Maybe August will be our month to have positives!! :) At least you'll have a period-free vacation--I hate when it visits late on vacation. Have you been doing any ovulation testing? This month was my first month to, and my strips finally came up positive yesterday and today!! So we have been missing my ovulation time each month by a few days. I'm ovulating four days sooner than what was being predicted!! The money spent on this kit so far seems worth it--maybe it will be super worth it in a few weeks :)

I also have a question--since my ovulation tests have come up positive, that's a for sure confirmation that I'm ovulating, right? Does anyone know if there is any chance that they can still become positive if I'm not ovulating at all?

Period started after being 5 days late!  But at least I'm on it and won't be on it for my vacation!!  :)  Onto next month.

I'm soooo confused! 

3 days late.  I am finally getting my period-like symptoms -- sore boobs.  But I'm also having some mild ovarian pain and twinges. 

I've been spending a LOT of time with my co-worker (lol she's like my new BFF) ... so I'm wondering if my period is adjusting to get in sync with hers.  I'm so confused!  lol!  :)  If it's just late, I want it to get started already so my husband and I can get it on for next month! lol!!  But I'm crossing my fingers it doesn't start at all and maybe there's a lil baby growing in there.  I'm not getting my hopes up too high, though.

Af is due in a week. Slight cramping today. Nausea in the evening the past couple days. Not going to get my hopes up to high, just trying to play it cool and not stress!

Well, ovulation didn't happen when I thought it would, so i won't be testing until August 5th. On the good side, this is the first month that I'm sure that I ovulated!

Yuck. I hope your UTI clears up quickly!

AF showed up on Saturday, pretty much right on time! So on to August for me :)

So just got back from Urgent Care.  They said I have a raging UTI.  Lovely!  I've never had a UTI that didn't consist of painful urination.  Dr. said that won't affect my period starting.  He gave me a pg test while there and it was negative, but he said that wasn't surprising.  He said until I actually miss my period, they aren't very accurate.  I always thought that it would come up before if you really were pregnant.  So I guess I'll wait and see!!  :) 

I'm curious .... I don't know much about ovarian cysts .... other than I had one burst over a year ago now and it was pretty darn painful.  But I'm wondering if the symptoms I'm feeling now could be related to ovarian cysts?  Here's what I've been feeling the past week:

-uncomfortable menstrual like cramps

-some nausea from time to time

-fatigue

-pressure in the pelvis area

-frequent urination (not at all painful like a UTI)

-increase CM

-and the absence of normal PMS symptoms.

Could this be symptoms of ovarian cysts?  Can they cause irregularities in the menstrual cycle?  I'm actually toying with the notion of hitting up the urgent care because I'm uncomfortable and very concerned about what's going on with me.  :(

Anyone have any advice?

Well...AF should have showed yesterday, but hasn't yet. 2 BFN's so far though. <sigh> I hate this hanging like this.

Still no AF...another BFN...don't know what to think now. My body apparently hates me.

I hope your weight loss goes well!!  I have been also watching my weight, too.  I'm a damn yo-yo, though! lol.  :)

I have been feeling yucky all day today.  Took a $ store pregnancy test late morning and still got BFN.  I work as a social worker at a nursing home and one of the nurses suggested a UTI, but I used to get them frequently and this feels completely different.  And why in the heck would a UTI mess with my period symptoms?  Weird.  I just went to the dr. a couple weeks ago and all labs were really normal.  And I've never been told I have a fertility problem.  So I don't know either!

I wish you the best of luck and hopefully our bodies will stop their shenanigans and get back to normal!  :)
