We are getting ready to start our first round of trying, we are newly married but have been together for several years and have known each other for even longer. This will be our first and we both are taking our vitamins (his is a multivitamin for men and I'm taking prenatals). Does anyone have any advice/suggestions?

I also agree with charting.  After a couple months I started using fertilityfriend.com (the free version) and it helped a lot.  I wasn't ovulating when I thought I was so it really helped to pinpoint the more important dates.

good luck!

I don't have any advice beyond the basics (don't smoke, don't drink alcohol, etc). Just wanted to say good luck :)

Good luck on TTC!  :)

I would personally suggest starting to chart your BBT.  This will give you a pretty good picture of your cycle and pretty accurate time frame of when you're ovulating every month so that you can up your chances of TTC.  I use FertilityFriend.com to chart and it's pretty simple and does everything for you.  Basically you just enter your temperatures and symptoms, etc.  Also, use ovulation predictor kits, too.  This will also give you a heads up to when you're about to ovulate ...

And last, just have lots of sex!  haha!
