Icy Berry Smoothie

With plenty of berries and ice, who needs bikinis? Or alcohol? Mama, this smoothie will have you whisked away to tropical la-la land in no time.

  • 1 cup frozen berries (Blueberries are our favorite)
  • 1 ½ cup low-fat/fat-free milk
  • ½ cup apple juice
  • 3 tbsp nonfat dry milk
  • 1
    Put everything in a blender (it works best if you put the liquid in first).

    Blend until it's all smooth.
  • The nonfat dry milk in these smoothies adds protein and makes a more satisfying meal. Plus, it gives your body and your baby more of what they both need.
