Sleep Comfortably During Pregnancy
Not ready to give up stomach sleeping? Start "nesting" early by creating a pillow nest for your growing bump. An extra pillow under your hips/thighs and another under your breasts creates a hole for your belly to hang in without being squished. You'll take up more space, but that's something you (and he) might as well get used to now.

I hate only getting to sleep in 3 hour incrimants! Then I wake up having to pee (thanks little guy) and it takes forever to get repositioned. I finally bought a C-shaped body pillow (called a Snoogle) and that's helped a ton. It supports my belly, head and legs and curls around to support my lower back and my shoulders. And if you curl it into a circle, leaving a hole for your belly, you can actually lay on your stomach! And the ends overlap leaving a slight gap for the big boobs!! Perfect position for a backrub....
But I think the whole lack of sleep is just a way for your body to get used to the multiple night feedings and general lack of sleep after baby makes his grand entrance. But people keep telling me it's all worth it..... :)

my body aches everywhere. it hurts whenever i try to toss and turn. everytime i change sides, i would either whine with pain or cry out loud for some attention. mom said it's normal to feel this way. are we supposed to endure this till we give birth?
