Get More Maternity Leave

If your postpartum recovery hasn't gone so well, or your baby's health requires you to stay home longer, find out if your employer will allow colleagues who have accrued extra vacation time to "donate" those hours to you. Report Abuse 		depending on what type of school you attend, you may be able to take a Leave of Absence without any penalties. talk to your counselor
