Eat Healthy when Pregnant

Was that you I saw making your way through a bag of Milanos in the snack food aisle at Target? Get a handle on your constant pregnancy hunger by stocking your purse with a variety of on-the-go goodies like nuts, crackers and snack bars. And yes, that is totally a good enough reason to buy a bigger purse.

I thought I was doing okay with my granola bars, fruit, and crackers...but the hunger was unquenchable-then my husband reminded me that all my food was full of carbs & sugar-but lacking fat & protein.

Try protein shakes first thing in the morning- they at least give your body and baby something good to work with before indulging a bit later.

im a healthy vegan, carried nut and carob protein bars in my purse! and had lots of pasta, potato, and rice with meals

I HAVE TO TRY AND EAT HEALTHY, IM A BURGER AND FRIES TYPE OF GIRL AND GETTING HEALTHY TO ME IS THE WORST I WILL TRY THIS AND SEE IF IT HELPS.
