Healthy Pregnancy Snacks
Pregnancy is the best excuse for constant hunger and a round belly. But downing Skittles and Slurpees every 10 minutes isn't good for either of those. Instead, try longer-lasting, protein-dense snacks like cashews or peanut butter crackers. Your belly will still be round, but at least it won't be rumbling as often.

doc said it was a Boy, but I have to go back in this week because last week wasn't big enough to see everything, anyone else feel like the tech was trying to give them a bruise?

) and then she went and woke him up, gave him the hiccups too. But anyhow no movements yet, doc said b/c I'm a 1st timer and a bit heavy it will be another couple of weeks probably, of course I am grateful slightly because on the scan he was jumping up and down on my cervix and I don't know if thats something I really want to feel. lol, bt I really can't wait until I feel him. I'm about 17 1/2 weeks give or take due on the 25th of march, my mother wants a Pats day baby, I think it might be interesting to have an april fools day baby, anyone with me?

Sometimes you think you are hungry when you are really just thirsty. Try drinking a glass of ice cold water before reaching for a snack.
