The ability for parents to rate and comment on businesses listed on our site is one of the key reasons parents trust us. We understand it can be painful to read angry or critical reviews, but we caution businesses not to react negatively.

How do I...
Click the "My Account" link in the top right corner of the Vendor Portal page (right above the log in/log out section). Change your email address in the "email address" field, then click "Save."
In the "My Account" section, type your new password in both "Password" and "Confirm password" fields, then click "Save."
Click "My Business" in the top nav bar. Then click "edit business" button of the business you want to edit. You'll then be able to:
